About Us
At Old Westminster Winery, the vineyard is established and winemaking has commenced! Old Westminster's expert enologist and renowned consultants are excited with how outstanding the limited production (less than 100 cases of each wine/blend) 2011 wines taste in barrel. The aging varietal wines are Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc and include classic Bordeaux and Rhône blends. In 2012, Old Westminster’s production will grow to include three new varietal wines, namely, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Albariño, as well as white blends. After aging and careful tending, the 2011 red wine and 2012 white wine's market release is Spring 2013, just in time for the grand opening of Old Westminster’s premier tasting room and entertainment venue.
