Q: What is the timing for my event?

  • A three-hour event time is 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.; an additional hour can be rented, extending the event to 10:00p.m.

  • The Tasting Room is open to the public until 4:30 p.m., Saturday - Sunday. Your exclusive use begins at 6:00 p.m.

Q: What time can my guests arrive.? 

  • Your guests are welcome to arrive at the start of your rental time at 6:00 p.m.

  • Please note our Tasting Room is open to the public until 4:30 p.m.

Q: How much time is allowed for set-up and break-down? 

  • Tasting Room access begins at 5:00 p.m. for setup with exclusive use starting at 6:00 p.m.

  • Guest departure and clean-up begins promptly at the end of your rental time of 9:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m.

  • All items must be removed within 30 minutes of the conclusion of your rental time.

Q: What type of music is permitted? 

  • The tasting room is equipped with a commercial grade indoor/outdoor sound system. 

  • No DJ's are permitted during Private Event Rentals.

Q: What type of decorations are allowed? 

  • Decorations are always encouraged! These include but are not limited to - flowers, free-standing items such as accent furniture pieces, photos, and lighting.

  • We do not allow anything to be fixed to walls or the building. If you decide to use candles, we require them to be in a container to prevent wax spills and damage. 

  • We do not allow confetti or glitter.
