Founded by siblings Ashli, Drew, and Lisa in 2010, Old Westminster began with a shared dream: to steward the land, craft terroir-driven wines, create meaningful work, and bring people together through genuine joy and hospitality. Today, that vision continues to evolve with Chef Tae Strain — a Seoul-born, Maryland native whose culinary career spans Michelin-starred kitchens from New York to San Francisco to D.C. Together, we’re reimagining local dining with a new menu rooted in Maryland’s seasons, featuring wood-fired pizzas, small plates, and garden-fresh snacks designed to pair beautifully with our wines and celebrate the simple pleasure of sharing good food and wine together.
