PRIVATE EVENT FAQ’S
Am I allowed to arrive before my reservation to set-up?
The four-hour time frame of your reservation includes event set-up and cleanup. We are not able to accommodate early arrivals. Please request that your guests come 30 minutes into the reservation time if you would like to allow yourself a set up time.
Is the reservation fee applied to the final bill?
The reservation fee paid at the time of booking secures your private event date and exclusive use of the heated Winter Gathering Greenhouse for four hours. This fee is separate from the per-person charge on the day of your event and is not applied toward the final bill.
Can I bring decorations for the space?
Yes, please note that personal decorations are limited to floor, tabletop items, and balloons. We kindly ask that no decorations be hung or taped to walls, or additional tables be brought in. We also request no glitter or confetti decorations.
How much wine and food is included in the per-person fee?
Your event includes ongoing wine and food service throughout the duration of your gathering, concluding 30 minutes before your reservation ends at last call. The menu is thoughtfully curated to highlight our most popular seasonal selections. Outside food, beverages, or items from the tasting room menu are not permitted in the private event space.
Can I bring music?
We provide curated music through our smart sound system but you’re welcome to select an artist or playlist through the smart speaker. We are unable to accommodate live music.
Can I bring a celebratory cake?
Yes! Celebratory cake is welcome. Please no other outside food or drink.
Can I bring additional food or beverages?
With the exception of a celebratory cake, we do not allow outside food or beverages.
What about dietary restrictions and/or an allergy?
If there is a severe allergy concern or dietary restriction, please reach out in advance before booking.
What happens in the case of inclement weather?
Our event space allows for events to happen rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather and farm walk.
Are children allowed & included in the headcount?
Yes, children are welcome and included in your total headcount.
What if the date or time is not showing on Tock as available?
All available dates and times are reflected accurately on Tock. Please select a different date and time for your event if your first option is not showing as available. Our sister farm, Burnt Hill in Clarksburg, MD is also accepting private event reservations for up to 40 guests, please view Burnt Hill Farm’s Tock page for booking at that location.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes! Dogs are welcome and must remain leashed at all times. Please bring the necessary supplies to care for and clean up after your dog to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Due to the intimate nature of the Tasting Room, we cannot accommodate pets inside the main building.
What days are available for events?
Private Events are available during regular business hours at either 11am-3pm or 5-9pm.
